| Dear Valued Customer,
“As a knife collector, to have the knives that we love and
the knives with favorite designs at affordable prices is the dream
of every knife collector” says one of our loyal customers.
His remark just inspires us to make made to order knife(s).
Many customers asked us to make unique knives to meet their desires.
In the past, we could not meet those requests as we were busy on
our stock. Moreover, every knife we made is handmade product of
superb craftsmanship so its take time.
Today, we have made improvements by reorganized our work system.
Now we are ready to meet customers’ need. We guarantee that
our products will meet at least 95% of what you order. However,
the made to order knife for you must follow below conditions.
1. Every customer must give specific dimensions and design of the
ordered knife and send us the clear picture of a sample knife that
would like us to make (We have a form for you to fill on the next
page).
2. We will contact you in 3-5 days after get your order (as we must
first check the stock of our raw materials) for final a price, production
time and other conditions if there are any.
3. Some specifications may have to adjust in order to optimize quality
and beauty. We will inform you of such a suggestion before you pay
a deposit.
4. You will pay a deposit worth 30% of the price. In addition, you
must also pay for delivery and insurance, the fees is depended on
the size and weight of the ordered knife(s).
5. The production of each knife takes 4-10 weeks and starts after
the 30% deposit is paid.
6. Upon the completion of the ordered knife/knives, we will send
an invoice for balance of your ordered and photo of finished knife(s)
7. You will pay the balance within 7 days after the invoice is sent.
If you fail for balance, we will cancel your order and take your
deposit.
8. Every product will be sent only through the EMS (Express Mail
Service) of Thailand Post in next day of payment.
9. For every made to order knife(s), your money will not be refunded
for any cases
10. Our business is based on mutual trust. Please study every condition
carefully for your own benefit before proceeding with next steps. |
